It is very important that you reserve your seat. We cannot stress that enough. We need as much of the money as possible upfront to cover costs and know what our final budget is. IF WE DON'T KNOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, BRUCE CANNOT MAKE ENOUGH CHEESE CAKE!

Volunteers Needed for the event
If you think you can help lend a hand with some of the work load, please send us an email to ehs79@CommunityElyria.com. The more people involved, the lighter the load and the better the event.
Volunteer Meeting Scheduled for 6PM at the Elyria VFW Pavilion
Set-Up and Staging from 2-4 (Bar opens at 3pm)
Registration, Coordination and Hosting during the Event from 4pm - 10pm
Clean Up team Start at 10pm

40th Year Reunion 1979 - July 13th, 2019
The main event will be held Saturday, July 13th, 2019 from 4pm till 10pm at the Elyria VFW Post 1079 on Abbe Rd.
Other opportunities area available with expanded times. Volunteers needed to decorate, stage and set up, greet, and clean up (10pm-11pm)
Event Specifics
Tickets this year are $25 which includes the facility, dinner, and a whole lot of fun.
